Our main service is to provide home care nursing for
the elderly, disabled or those with terminal diseases.
We offer domicile care at the comfort of the client home.
This includes 24HOUR LIVE-IN & LIVE-OUT services.
The live-out is based on the number of hours client prefers.
Our residential home is underway, which will house
the client interested in living away from home.

Why the need for homecare

          Loneliness and Isolation Among the Elderly:
        Many older individuals experience social isolation
         due to limited time and attention from family
          members, who often juggle busy work schedules 
          and daily responsibilities.
          
         Rising Prevalence of Chronic Illnesses:
         The lack of adequate and quality care for the elderly
          contributes to the growing incidence of chronic diseases.
           Additionally, in some parts of Ghana, older individuals
            are unjustly accused of witchcraft due to the common 
            symptoms associated with aging.
            
         Widespread Abuse of the Elderly:
         The elderly often face mistreatment and neglect, 
         as they are frequently left in the care of irresponsible 
         or uncaring individuals who may physically abuse, mistreat, 
         or steal from them.
         
         Inadequate Living Conditions for the Elderly: 
        Many older Ghanaians live in environments that are neither 
        comfortable nor suitable for their needs, lacking proper
         housing or care facilities to ensure their well-being.

            Having been with CareGate Ghana for just over two years now,
            I can honestly say that working in the care sector has got 
            to be one of the most fulfilling roles I have ever had.
